Heather began her career as an auditor at a Big Four public accounting firm. She then transitioned into industry, taking on roles like senior accountant, controller, and internal controls senior staff, as well as leading special project implementations. She also directed financial processes at a successful nonprofit and worked in financial accounting and outsourcing at another public accounting firm. In 2020, during the COVID pandemic, Heather started her own business to maintain her career while supporting her children in their online learning transition. Over the past six years, her practice has grown, and she now enjoys working closely with small and mid-sized companies across various financial areas.
