    Job Description
    Job Description: We offer unlimited potential & growth opportunities for right candidate. Supporting our team by executing assigned marketing & communications tasks, reporting directly to the owner of the company.

    Tasks might include:
    • Editing, proofread and updating communications for sales & marketing
    • Create marketing & communications content, which may include power point presentations, website content, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media campaigns, press releases, media relations or industry education
    • Support and assist with developing marketing initiatives to amplify our brand
    • Supports sales team efforts collecting market data, identifying leads, tracking qualified leads, maintaining spreadsheets and quoting client projects
    • Assist with planning and assisting with client events, trainings & seminars
    • Support needs of sales related to client campaigns, sourcing products, building & maintaining company store programs and sourcing of products
    • Support supplier relations- including working with vendors
    • Other related tasks assigned

    • Must be graduate or have 2-3 years of proven workplace experience or actively pursuing a B.A. or B.S. in marketing, communications, business or other related fields of study.
    • 3.0 GPA or higher
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – excel, power point, word
    • Strong desktop publishing skills
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information
    Not required but bonus
    • Working knowledge of Corel or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Speaks Spanish
