- Shelia Ogle: She formed Media Research Planning and Placement, Inc. (MRPP) an advertising firm. Sheila and husband Carroll purchased and renovated the Matthew House in Cary, NC.
- Pat Long: Pat and husband Duane, formed Longistics, one of the national's leading providers of logis-tics solutions in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
- Lana Calloway: Founder of Exhibit Resource a company that provided branded environments for tradeshows, exhibits, and corporate interiors.
