Come join us as we celebrate the grand opening of Core Progression Apex!  Enjoy tasty samples from our friends at Clean Eatz and Clean Juice on the outdoor patio.  Tour our state-of-the-art training facility and meet our partners from Prevail Physical Therapy.  Our team of elite trainers can’t wait to get to know you!

Core Progression is a low-volume, continuously cleaned, private studio with strict membership limits and plenty of space to maintain social distancing. You may choose to train one-on-one with an Elite Personal Trainer or in a semi-private group of no more than five members. With us, you will always feel safe during your fitness journey!
